Refund and Returns Policy

At Maggcite, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help with our hassle-free returns and refund process.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order receipt or order confirmation, is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Opened or used items (unless defective)
- Perishable goods
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds will typically be completed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Returns due to our error: If you received an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Other returns: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless we otherwise specify.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
5. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:

- Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process above and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund. Be sure to include photos of the damage or defect.
