- If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we cannot make address changes.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.
8. Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address information, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.
- If a package is returned because it was not claimed from the carrier, we may cancel the order and issue a refund minus shipping costs.
9. Shipping Restrictions
- We are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), and certain remote areas.
- Some products may be subject to restrictions or exclusions for shipping, depending on their size or nature.
